Welcome to our new Quince blog.
Inspired by the changes around us, we're opening our digital doors beyond our website and into the even more immediate blog world. Our goal is to make Quince more accessible, relating information regularly on what's going on at the store. We'll let you know what's on the menu for lunch, what's coming fresh out of the bakery, what you can find in the Express fridges and freezers, and which classes are coming up.
We'd also like to invite you to comment. Let us know what your favourites are, what you've been longing for but haven't seen in a while, what classes you'd like us to offer, or give us feedback on classes you've taken. We'd love to hear from you.
Quince is a mecca for foodies and amateur chefs alike. For those of you who don't know us yet, you can go to our website: http://www.quince.ca/ There you'll find out about our storefront Gallery in Kitsilano, Vancouver (Canada) where we have a cafe and bakery, sell our line of gourmet vacuum packed food to go, and host parties and events, from food and wine pairings to private dinners. You'll also find out about our Cooking Studio from which we run our cooking school. We have a number of scheduled cooking classes, including our reknowned Nine Day Basics: Intensive Technicques for the Serious Amateur. We also host private classes and corporate team building events, which are an entertaining and popular alternative, succesfully blending a culinary, educational and social experience.
