Chef Andrea leaves tomorrow for a two week vacation Down Under (that's "Australia" for all you northen hemishperecentric folk).
No, it's not going to be all sunning and surfing, drinking locally brewed beer on the beach, or cooking prawns on the barbie. No, while sweltering in the 30 degree heat she'll also be off touring the famous South Australian wine regions - Barossa, Clare Valley, McClaren Vale - and the Hunter Valley in New South Wales. She'll make sure to share her wine tasting notes and general impressions of Australian life and culture through The Quince Essentials.
Dedicated as she is to her clientele, Chef Andrea has made sure that her talented crew pack the fridges with delicious soups and slow cooked foods to comfort you through this dreadful winter weather.
She'll be thinking of you all while sunbaking....
